Advocate and legal advisor. Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw and Barrister’s Training at the Warsaw Bar Association. He was awarded the Tax Advisor’s licence.
Marcin worked for international and Polish counselling companies (Arthur Andersen and the Tax Studies Institute Modzelewski and Partners).
Currently, Marcin runs his own Law and Tax Advisory Firm. Apart from conducting his counselling company, he is also a highly valued lecturer, mostly in field of tax law (BDO, MDDP, Regional Branches of Accounting Association, etc.).
Marcin specialises in tax, civil and commercial law.
Barbara Sufin
Tax Advisor | Of Counsel Attorney
Barbara graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Warsaw. She was awarded the Tax Advisor’s licence.
Barbara’s area of expertise is tax advisory in the scope of income taxes and VAT as well as projects related to TP documentation for small and medium-sized enterprises, for entities operating in diverse industries and segments of the market. She has a vast experience as a tax advisor gained i.a. during her more-than-a-dozen-year long employment in consulting corporations such as Andersen and EY, as well as PZU, where she held the position of a Director supervising the tax functions and reporting. She was successful in representing her Clients in tax-related disputes, including litigations.
Barbara advises in matters related to tax aspect of the activities undertaken by entities as well as tax reporting. She performs diagnostic analyses both for Polish and international entities. Barbara is an author of articles published in professional periodicals
Filip Stradomski Ph.D.
Advocate
Filip graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Administrative, Public Economic, and Commercial Law at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Filip has several years of professional experience, which he gained in reputable law firms and tax advisory companies in Warsaw.
His duties include ongoing legal and tax assistance rendered to the Law Firm’s Clients, as well as advisory related to the application of MDR and AML regulations. Filip is an author of legal and tax publications.
