TPR Forms

Starting from 2019 all transactions between related entities, apart from the obligation to prepare the local file and master file and perform the comparative data analysis, need to be reported in an electronic form (TPR). It is a new electronic document similar to SAF-T. This may be referred to as a kind of revolution in the scope of reporting the transactions between related entities.
